Who is Doug Bayer?

I am Doug Bayer, a principal in the law firm of Bayer & Black, P.C.  We are located in Wilton, Connecticut and serve individual clients and small business in Fairfield County.  In writing this blog, I hope to highlight legal and business issues which affect my clients.  The focus of these posts will be in the areas of real estate, estate planning and small business issues, which is where I focus my practice.  

It is my hope an goal for my clients to view me as an advisor, not just their lawyer.  I am active in my community serving on the local Planning and Zoning Commission after serving on the Board of Directors of the local YMCA and Chamber of Commerce.
